Contact If you have an emergency, call 703-878-0740 and follow all instructions carefully. To speak to a nurse, call 703-878-0740 Option 2. A triage nurse is available for medical problems and emergencies from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. Emergencies after 3:30 pm should call the office and speak with the operator. To request a prescription refill, call 703-878-0740 Option 2 or email your request to the office (Woodbridge, or Stafford) you usually visit. All prescriptions require review and signature of your physician; therefore, please allow three business days for processing. Your prescription will be mailed to you within three business days of receipt of your call unless you request to pick up your prescription. If you are picking up your prescription, please allow 72 hours prior to your arrival. We will only contact you if there are problems with your prescription. Routine refills will not be called in after hours or on weekends; please do not use our emergency service for this purpose. To cancel an appointment, call 703-878-0740 during office hours; during evening hours you can leave a message at the same number. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations.
