Make an appointment by email
You can email us to request an appointment as long as you are able to take the first available appointment. Once you submit your request, the first available appointment will be assigned and a response generated within 48 business hours.

Make an appointment by phone
Call the office (Woodbridge or Stafford) you usually visit. If you’re a new patient, you’ll probably want to make an appointment with the location nearest you.

Make an appointment online
We are currently in the process of adding this functionality to our Web site. We anticipate that we’ll be able to offer this service by fall of 2004.

Fill out your paperwork in advance
You may download a copy of our annual health maintenance form. Bringing this completed form to your checkup will help to save time.

If you’re late for your appointment
If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule any patient who is 15 minutes late. If you are a new patient, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your paperwork.

To cancel an appointment
Call 703-878-0740 during office hours; during evening hours you can leave a message at the same number. Please allow 24 hours for cancellations. Same day cancellation may result in a cancellation charge.
