Referrals for Mammography, Physical Therapy & Other Specialist Services

Our physicians provide referrals for specialist services as needed, and upon completion of an exam/consultation. It is our policy to provide you with a referral for mammography after a thorough exam, and not until you’ve been seen by one of our physicians.

Every insurance provider has different policies and procedures for specialist services; therefore, it is important to check with your insurance company before contacting us for a referral.
