Refill a Prescription
Refill a prescription by email
To email your request for a prescription refill, write to the office (Woodbridge, Springfield, or Stafford) you usually visit. All prescriptions require review and signature of your physician; therefore, please allow three business days for processing. In your email, be sure to provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your date of birth
- Prescription drug and dosage
- Your mailing address
- A phone number where you can be reached between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Whether you want to pick up your prescription or have it mailed to you

To have your prescription mailed to you
Please allow 3 business days to process your prescription request.
We will only contact you if there are problems with your prescription.
Routine refills will not be called in after hours or on weekends; please do
not use our emergency service for routine prescription request.
To pick up your prescription
If you are picking up your prescription, please allow 3 business days to process your prescription request. We will only contact you if there are problems with your prescription.
